Shirley Boon

As a certified and experienced life coach, I specialize in helping individuals achieve holistic well-being and personal growth. My coaching is focused on building resilience, and emotional intelligence, and empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their desired goals.
My expertise lies in a range of areas including emotional intelligence, goal-setting, mindset shifting, improving social and interpersonal skills, and dealing with stress and anxiety. I also offer support for self-discovery, dream interpretation, and 'soul-work' such as letting go, finding balance, harmony, and healing.
With over 15 years of professional and pastoral experience, I am a Certified Results Coach (ICF), Certified Behavioral Consultant (IACET), Accredited Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Practitioner (CTAA) and Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI-CAPM). I have journeyed with individuals and families struggling with diverse adversities, including compulsive behaviours, addictions, destructive habits, and relational conflicts.
My passion is to help clients discover their true value, passion, and purpose. I partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. As a coach, I am here to support, guide, and inspire you to take action towards positive change and achieve your desired goals.
